If I purchase the groupon, am I also eligible to pay for and participate in the fee based classes that you offer (ie. Adapt, Bootcamp, etc.)? If so, if I chose to participate in the Adapt classes, would I pay the fee at the member rate or the non-member rate? Also would I be able to take those classes at different locations. Thanks!

We are just asking people to call ahead to schedule an appointment if possible to set up your 30 visits. There will be no fees beyond what you pay directly to Groupon unless you opt to participate in additional programs that are not included in our membership fees. Thanks for the question!

You must be 16 to redeem the Groupon by yourself. Younger children may redeem a Groupon if accompanied by an adult during their visits.

Are there specific classes for cardiology patients? Guys who just need to get heart healthy with consistant exercise? Are there any lacated in Southwest Portland areas?

We do not offer cardiology-specific programs, but we do offer a wife variety of land and water based classes for a vast range of fitness levels. We do not have a location in SW Portland.

Once you start your 30 visits, does it matter how long it takes you to finish your 30 visits or is there a time frame, like you have to get all 30 visits in within 2 months?

We will not charge any additional fees for club use with this deal. The only additional fees you might incur will be for programs or services that you chose to participate in that our members pay additional charges for like Bootcamps, towel service, child care, personal training etc. If you choose to join CAC before, during, or after you activate your Groupon, we have some added incentive for you to do so! Since rates vary depending on club location and membership type, please contact one of our 4 locations for pricing specific to your needs.

What is the registration cost for a new member ? Are there any other costs other than the $30 mentioned in the deal. can i use the deal towards end of Dec or beginning January ? What if i was a member 2 years back -do I count as a new member ?

- Our 4 locations have varying sizes, amenities, and subsequently, costs. Enrollment fees range from $0 - $200 depending on location, membership type, and applicable monthly promotion. - This deal gives you full access to all of our amenities (tennis, racquetball, pools, steam room, sauna, basketball courts, group fitness classes, weight floor etc). The only other fees you might incur are for programs that you chose to participate in that are added charges for our members like Bootcamps, personal training, private lessons, child care, towel service etc. - The Groupon can be activated anytime between now and April 1st, 2013, so yes, you can use it for December and January. - If you are not currently a member at CAC, then you count as a new member!

Does this mean I can go in, work out, use the equipment, whenever I want(during business hrs.) for 30 visits, even if I don't take any classes?

Yessir it does! For your first visit, please call to set an appointment if possible, or come in between 9am and 9pm M-F, or 8a-5p on the weekends so that we are able to get everything lined up for your visits. Subsequent visits can be anytime during normal business hours.

Do all of the gyms amenities/courts apply to this deal, or will there be additional charges for bootcamp classes, or the use of tennis or raquetball courts?

Great question, Kristy! This deal effectively makes you a tennis member for a day (including tennis, racquetball, basketball, swimming etc). The only things that would be an additional charge would be things that our members pay additional for like child care, towel service, Bootcamps, private lessons etc. While our Bootcamps are an additional fee, we offer over 200 classes per week across our 4 locations that are included for free to our members (and to you, if you do the deal!).
