The kitchen fries pastelillos—or turnovers—filled with pork, conch, octopus, or cheese, and stuffs plantains with ground beef, veggies, and chicken. De Rican Chef also simmers asopao—Puerto Rican-style seafood—or chicken gumbo, and serves whole red snapper with peppers, yucca, tostones, and other sides.
