Does the cut include a style or is that extra? If extra, how much?

I have thick, curly shoulder length hair. Would someone there be wiling to cut it dry? Also, what does "Level One" mean? Thanks!

Peaches D. asked 4 months, 27 days, 22 hours, and 49 minutes ago - 1 answer

Megan G.

Yes, they are willing to do that. The levels indicate how long they have been at the salon. Level one is for newer stylists.

Hi and thanks for the response! I just had one more question for confirmation: ... my wife was at your salon about 5 months ago (someone had given her a certificate). If I would purchase this and she waits (since it's good for 90 days) to use it, as long as it is at least 6 months since her last visit when she actually has the appointment, she will be able to use this certificate, correct? Thanks again!

Can you please define "new" client? Does this mean you cannot have ever been to Dean of Shadyside? Does it mean you cannot have been there in the last 6 months? Or is there a different definition? I only ask because I've seen these deals before here and on other sites and "new client" has meant anything ranging from never using the salon before to not being there in the last 3 months. Thanks!
