Hello Julie- Yes, this procedure is usually recommended to be done under General Anesthesia. The cost range would be $350-$500 and is not included in the Groupon special. Hi Amanda- Welcome to Dental Specialty Associates. The average cost for the final restoration Crown after your Implant ranges from $900-$1200. This would include all parts and materials that are necessary to attach to the Implant. This is our Usual & Customary Fee, of course. We do accept MOST dental Insurance plans as an in-network provider, including HMO's. Hello- Welcome to Dental Specialty Associates. We do accept Aetna PPO and our contracted fee for the Abutment Porcelain Fused to Metal Crown -Code D6059 is $842. If you require a Custom Abutment Crown- Code D6057 the cost will be $992. We also accept Aetna DMO (managed care dental insurance) and the fee's are dependent on which Plan Code you are assigned.
