Just want to clarify the deal. You get both a manicure AND a pedicure and a tea that you can use 2x ie. seperate dates or take a friend on the same date?

Judith,

Good Morning!

You get two bubble teas (so if you use the certificate for yourself on two seperate visits, you’ll get a drink each time or if you bring a friend, you each get one)! They’re really yummy!

You can purchase one Groupon for yourself and two more as gifts for friends or family!

Thanks,

Denise

Love this place! The pedis are the best in Denver. Thanks for featuring them again Groupon! Can’t wait to go back again with my sister.

P.S. Their bubble tea is wonderful. Last time I tried it for the first time and now I’m addicted. Try the lavender milk tea or taro.

Does the polish included french tip? Or this that extra?
What is included in the polish?

What are the hours of operation?

Jacqueleine,

It DOES NOT include french polish, only color (we have lots of choices). However, if you do want french it is $5 extra per service ($10 for both manicure and pedicure).

We also suggest if you do want french to mention it while scheduling your appointment.

*We are offering weekend appointments. They will be the first to go, so if you must redeem your groupon on the weekend, call ahead. We may be booking out a few weeks in advance. Sorry for the inconvenience! We look forward to having you in! :) *

Summer hours?

Lissa M.

I bought this groupon last time it was available and was very disappointed in the service. I wanted to bring a friend for her birthday and it took us a month to get an appointment after work (forget the weekends!) When we finally got in we had to go one at a time because only one person was working. She was sick and coughing the whole time, not at all friendly and we felt like we were keeping her from closing and getting where she would rather be. Maybe it was just an off night but we were both very disappointed and would never go back.

Stephenie C.

Which mani and pedi is this groupon for? There are a few different ones listed on the site…(Cut, Shape & Polish or Kicks & Giggles)? Thanks!

Sarah D.

Hia,

I would like to buy one of these for me, and then use the second for myself and my sister when she comes to visit…. but is that buying 1.5 for me? Is that allowed? Thanks!

Mandy H.

My friend and I are excited to do this again. We had a great time the first time and it was a nice “lunch break” from work! Thanks for featuring this Groupon again!

David A.

You can’t buy half a deal… There is also a limit of one per person, so they may not let you go twice (or three times if you were to buy two deals).

Katy .

Stephenie,

This Groupon is for two Cut, Shape and Polish mani/pedis.

Thanks,
Katy @ Groupon

Sara R.

So if I buy this Groupon, I can’t make two separate appointments and go in twice to get a mani/pedi each time?

Susan W.

My question exactly! I want to buy one Groupon and go for two separate mani/peddies just for myself??? Yes/NO?

Lisa H.

Could i upgrade when I get there to the kicks and giggles pedi for $15.00?

Katy .

Sara and Susan,

Yes, you can buy 1 Groupon and go for two separate mani/pedis for yourself. You just can’t separate the actual mani/pedi…i.e use a mani one time and then maybe the pedi another….

So yes, you can buy 1 and use the two mani/pedis at two different times for yourself. OR you can take a friend with you and use both at once. Up to you!

Lisa,

Yes, you can upgrade your package for an additional fee. I would mention it and confirm the fee when you make your appointment.

Thanks,
Katy @ Groupon

Katherine P.

Hello…

I am in LA and would like to purchase this for my sister and best friend who live in Denver, one mani/pedi/tea each, but I don’t think they would go together, can I buy the one and then give them each one????

Denise D.

Lissa- I’m sorry you were so disappointed with your service. I certainly wish you would have contacted us so that we can try to fix those issues. I hope that you may give us another chance.

Katherine- You could always purchase it under your name and let them know your giving them each one. They could print it and each bring it. As long as they don’t both try to use it at once.

Remember groupies that evening and weekend appointments will go first, so please be patient with us. We will get you in as soon as possible! It will be worth the wait! Thanks :) !

Summer hours 10am-8pm

Sorry for the delay in answering!

Rose P.

Can you upgrade to two Silky Fine Pedis (any pay the difference) or two Kicks and Giggles Pedis w/ no Manis? Thanks!

Denise D.

Rose,

You can upgrade your services. If you would like it is $10/per service to upgrade to the Kicks and Giggles Mani or Pedi (or $20 for both). For the silky fine it is $20/per service (or $40 for both).

If you would just like to have a Kicks and Giggles Service (instead of both a mani/pedi), we can also do that for no additional charge.

Thank you!

We look forward to having you in! :)

Terry H.

I’ve tried to make several appointments (up to 2 weeks in advance), but to no avail. Guess the purchased Groupon is a waste.

Heather E.

I keep trying to make an appointment and have never gotten an answer to the phone. There is no room on the answering machine. I guess Terry was right this may have been a waste of money. I was also shopping for a place to hold my bachelorette party so I guess they are off the list.

Megan W.

Yes, booking has been a major hassle, customer service negligible, and all around annoying to try to give this place my business. Judith/ other groupon staff: If this business again offers a deal through your site, would you please link this discussion?

Jessica T.

Wow, this was a total waste of $50. I have tried calling this business several times a week for the past two months, have never had a person answer the phone, and have never been able to leave a message due to the mailbox being full. I finally got through today (after the groupon is expired!) and was basically told to take a hike. This also has happened to a coworker who purchased the groupon around the same time I did.

Kathy C.

It is so hard to get a hold of them. They actually said don’t email because they don’t check it that often. They don’t sound accommodating at all.

sunshine d.

I too was unable to reach anyone to book an appointment in time, and now apparently it has expired. Very disappointing!!
