Does the Groupon include cleaning of seat belts? Or do you have any service to clean seat belts?

We'd clean anything we saw on seat belts with the #6 Complete Interior but they can be tricky because of how porous the material is. Does the interior cleaning entail shampooing the carpet, treating the leather, and cleaning the vents? I have stains and mold from having a convertible. Will you be treating that issue in this package?

Hi Tony C. Yes our #6 Complete Interior and Hand Wash will include shampooing of the carpets. It also includes cleaning all the hard surfaces so yes, your vents will be cleaned with #6. The leather will be cleaned with this service however Leather Treatment is a different service and therefore an additional cost. They can give you the cost for your vehicle upon inspection. (Should not be more than $60 for a car or $80 for a mid-size SUV.) We tend to discount the additional services when they are added on. The voucher covers the cost of the service under “normal wear” so as far as the mold removal and stain removal they are not included in the voucher and would also be quoted upon inspection. For an additional fee.....do you do any cosmetic repairs, specifically worn window gaskets (or whatever the rubber is called around side windows?

Hi Bruce. We'd have to look at the condition of the gaskets. Cleaning of heavy buildup or mold on gaskets is usually cleanable. If they are deteriorating... you may need to replace depending on the condition. Thanks D

Two Questions: 1. Would our Ford Edge be considered a regular size SUV? It's only 2 rows of seating. 2. What package does this Groupon correlate to? #6/#5 or #7? Either way the pricing doesn't make sense.... Thanks.
