Hello, I was wondering if the 55 dollar package of foil highlights is for full or partial? I know it says partial in the main description but that price ( total Value) looks more like it would be for full and it doesn't specify in the actual package description. Thank you!

Hi! Can this be used at and Aveda salon? Also, can it be used at the Euphoria salon in the galleria mall? They use all agenda products I believe. Thanks!
