Scheduling was a breeze. The rep was friendly and helpful. The technician showed up during the scheduled window, asked questions about our issues, got to work, and explained it all after he was done. Also, he was very polite and went out of his way to keep from bringing dirt and debris in on his shoes as he went in and out.
