Does this wrap really work on reducing the appearance of stretch marks? I have some that are reddish-purple in color, very bumpy, and very dark. After 2 sessions of having the wrap applied to my thighs and tummy (where the stretch marks are most prominent), would I see noticeable fading of those marks?

If you pay for one wrap session, can you choose to have the wrap applied on all 5 areas of the body you can choose from (the neck, chin, tummy, arms, and thighs) or do you have to pick just ONE area out of the 5 to have the wrap applied to?

One (1) wrap is used on a single area. You can only wrap 2 areas in a single session which would use 2 of your wraps. This is a targeted wrap applicator, not a full body wrap.
