ok 4 weeks, but how many classes per week? per day?

I see there are some classes starting next week (Tues, 2/9, 7-8pm Tech 1 and 8-9pm Basics) but it doesn’t list 4 dates for the series. Instead, it lists 2/23 as a holiday. What are the 4 dates for these 2 series?

Hi Jennifer,

Feb 9 will be the second class of this 4 week session (this session began yesterday so there are 3 dates left). We still have some spaces left in this series and allow new students to join up until the second class of the series. You would be able to make-up the 4th class by taking an additional class one week or within one year. We do recommend taking 4 classes in a row to obtain the best Bollywood results!

Hi, Can we sign up for classes that start in 3 weeks from now (or something after)? …I’m going away but would be interested to sign up if I can start taking classes later.

Yes, you can sign up for any of the classes on the schedule (or any 4 week session within one year)

Hi Mary,

The enrollment details will be provided on the groupon voucher. You will register online to reserve your spot (under payment options you will enter a special code) No additional payment will be necessary and you will bring your voucher to class as a confirmation.

Will more classes (specifially Saturday classes) be added for March and April, or is the schedule exhaustive for these months?

I expect it to be pretty packed over the next few months because of this groupon. How far in advance do you post the schedule and how far in advance can we reserve space?

Additional Saturday classes will be added after the Feb/March series is over. We hold classes year-round and they will typically held at the same time and location as soon as the current series is over. Your groupon voucher can be used any time within the year.

It says Limit one per person..does this mean that I can’t buy two Groupons and apply one each to level one then level 2?
If one were to choose only one level, what do you think is best for someone who has professional dance experience but is unfamiliar with the style?

We close classes off once registration hits a certain limit. Closed classes will be indicated on the website. We typically post new classes every month, (usually starting the following month) You can reserve your spot anytime within the year. You can email info@dhoonyadance.com to make an advance reservation for classes that are not yet posted.

Due to high demand we are limiting it to one groupon per person. If you have had dance experience, I would recommend Techniques I.

Can I take a class with my 10 year old daughter? She dances ballet at School of American Ballet and is very disciplined and mature? Or are you planning a mother/daughter class? Does this groupon work for any kids class?

Dear Brenda,

You can bring along children (10 and older) as long as they have parent/guardian permission. We do plan to have additional kids classes in the spring. If you join the newsletter or our facebook fan page we will keep you posted as new classes are added. The Groupon special only applies to the Bollybasics, Tech 1 and II classes. Thanks!

Is this groupon good only for four classes or are the number of classes one takes unlimited in the month period?

Hi Emanuela,

The groupon is good for a series of 4 classes. (for example 4 tuesdays in a row from 7-8pm is one option.) We do allow for makeups if you miss a class but recommend attending all 4 consecutively to get the most out of your Bollywood experience!
