For the four entree option, I can see how two appetizers can be shared by four, how would we share the two soups or two salads ? provide two empty bowls or plates, or just extra spoons and forks ? Or they would only allow two to have the soup or salad ? Dinner for four with 2 soups or salad - what were they thinking ?
