Correct - we hope to do so in the future but are unable to at this time.

I want the largest-size poster (24 x 36). Which of the three options should I purchase? I think the cost is around $45 but it's not clear to me from the website. Also, how does it work if I want three copies of the exact same collage (all same-size poster)? Last question, what if I don't care how the photos are arranged? I really don't have the time to fuss around moving and arranging photos - will it just do it for me?

The $30 Groupon will cover our largest poster ($44.99) and have some left over. You will have to check out separately using different Groupon codes or pay the difference at checkout. We populate the photos for you originally so if you're not worried about the layout you can have a collage completed in 10-15 min.

I am interested in one of three options: 1) If I order one 20 x 30 poster ($29.99 for a 20"x30"), would I just purchase a $15 Groupon, and use it to purchase this? Would there be any other cost involved other than the shipping? 2) I am also interested in perhaps ordering two of the same (11 x 14 for $14.99 each). In this case, could I purchase a $15 Groupon and use it to purchase two 11 x 14's? Would the two 11 x 14's have to be exactly the same? Would they be shipped together for one shipping price? 3) If I combined #1) and #2) above and ordered all 3 (1 x 20x30 and 2 x 11x14), could I purchase a $30 Groupon to cover all of these? And, would they be shipped together for one shipping price? Or, do I need to do them using seperate Groupons? Thanks for your help.

You're purchasing a cash value that can be used once. Options 1, 2 and 3 are all feasibly - 3 is probably your best option because you would only be charged shipping once.

Do I have to download software or an ap in order for my photos to be processed?

Chris O. asked 5 months, 21 days, 12 hours, and 19 minutes ago - 1 answer

Joe G.

Nope, everything is hosted on our site. Just select your shape, upload your images and customize your collage!

Was just wondering if I did a blanket is it done the same way? Do I pick the pics and then its put on it in the way I've selected the pics. I see they're more then the $90 so would I just pay the difference at checkout?

Joe G.

Correct - our site builds a collage for you and then prints it on whichever product you choose.

I see a limit of 1 per visit. Can I do two projects and apply 1 certificate to the order?

Sherry R. asked 5 months, 21 days, 19 hours, and 51 minutes ago - 1 answer

Joe G.

The Groupon is a cash value - you can only use one Groupon code per checkout. You could have 2 collages in one order but only one Groupon code could be used.

I wDoouuld like to buy at least one of these but not quite clear on procedure. Is it possible to speak to someone to explain? I would like to have a framable collage. Do I email the pictures and you place them.? Do I cut the pieces or do you? I just did one on my own but didn't turn out proprly as i had a hard time fitting pictures nicely. I would appreciate an answer soon as am going out of town in 2 days for 1o days so must get this done before I go. Thanks, C.H.

You handle everything from start to finish and are able to review the final collage before it is sent to print. Use the recommended number of photos based on the size of your print, shuffle the photos until you find a layout that you like and then drag and swap the images to fit them within the collage. Please email support@collage.com if you have further questions.
