Are there other correction options available, or does the package price already include options to "fix" the images before they are saved to the DVD format. Thanks, Victor

for photoshop changes and fixes we recommend buying the groupon package and then we will scan the photos and when you receive them back let us know which photos you would like fixed. We will then provide you a quote on the cost.

What is the extra fee for scanning 5x7 photos in the hi-Rez option?

it would be $14.95 but you must select the high resolution voucher package. You would also need to fill out the form on our site www.digitizeyourworld.ca/photoscanningform/ Thanks!

What is the recommended shipping method to the plant? The plant is in Markham? How long does the digitization of 600 photos take? We aren't interested in an uploaded file, in fact we do not want want. We want the photos put on DVD's as .jpgs. Is this what you do? Do you send the DVD's back to us along with the photos? If so, how do you ship back to ensure that we don't lose our photo memories? Thanks, Bill

Bill, The recommended way to ship is through Canadapost, 600 photos will take roughly 4-6 weeks but we do have an expedited rush option that is extra. Please see the form here http://www.digitizeyourworld.ca/photoscanningform/ You don't have to have your photos uploaded online and you can specify this on your photoscanningform when you submit this in your box. Just please write a note and one of our customer service reps will take care of it. We ship back via Canadapost and Canadapost has been very reliable for the last 10 years.
