I read the description in Groupon "... Student divers then travel with their instructor for a few hours on Saturday and Sunday OPEN-water training dives.", but I don't know if the water temperature in winter is acceptable?

Jian, at this time of the year we don't do open water training dives since the water temp isn't the best for new students. Our open water training dives will begin at the end of April and continue into Oct of next year.

So the Groupon says it expires December 31st... But I went on your website and the most recent classes you offer are during the month of February? Does that mean you just have to SIGN UP with the groupon for a class BEFORE december 31st?

Our classes begin in February 2013 and will run through December. As long as you register for a class anytime next year, you'll be fine. :)

Michael, if you visit our website under the "Learn To Dive" tab, you can see all of our upcoming classes for the Winter season. We will add more as the year goes on but we can only schedule a few months in advance. You'll notice that we have classes starting in Feb and running through April. We will add a lot more as the year goes on.

Heather, we can always be flexible with scheduling depending on your situation. We can always fit you into another class or catch you up while in a current class. Due to the amount of information that we need to convey during this training, a student really can't miss more than one class without it seriously hurting their chances of being certified without having to come back to another class (at no additional cost).
