Hello, I am interested in your food option but not in the professional set up and take down. If I were to order can you drop off and I do everything else? Transfer to my platters, etc. If so would I still need to pay the 45 gratuity? I don't mean to quibble I just don't need the second half of the service.

So, I am very intereseted in this deal. Is all food prepared prior to set up or do you cook utilizing my kitchen? Can food be prepared and dropped at the location? There would be no need for clean up...so disposible trays would work best. Does this include non-alchoholic beverages for 10 people?

Includes Assortment of bite sized desserts, beverages, set-up and clean-up. Hi Sandra, I bring the food in and set it up! then come back to pick up after a couple of hours. The lunch can be delivered until 2PM however I am open to dropping off in disposables for your convenience.
