Gloria Hamilton earned her nicknames—"The Hammer" and "Drill Sergeant"—the hard way: by serving 20 years in the US Military. Throughout much of her distinguished career, she trained new recruits for the rigors of military life. She also operated a pregnancy and post-partum training program for female soldiers.

Gloria brings her enthusiasm for total-body health to Divine Fitness for Life, where she coaches clients to meet their weight-loss goals through personal-training and boot-camp sessions.
