Pole fitness lets you feel sexy while working out, like swimming laps while wearing nothing but a bathing suit. Flex and flaunt with this Groupon.

Choose from Three Options

  • $19 for a 105-minute drop-in pole-dance workshop (a $40 value)
  • $95 for a six-week Pole 101 class series (a $195 value)
  • $95 for a six-week Boudoir 101 class series (a $195 value)

Pole 101 and Boudoir 101 classes instill students with the basic movements and concepts of the sensual dance—Pole 101 with the pole and Boudoir 101 without—over a six-week period. Drop-in classes introduce students to the boudoir dance style and pole twirls without any future commitment.

Divine Movement

From Divine Movement's twin studios in Kirkland and Seattle, co-owners Angi Cardwell and Jennifer Patenaude oversee a sultry suite of pole-dance and boudoir-dance classes set to the sounds of heart-pumping rock, indie, and hip-hop. Though not specifically a workout regimen, the floor-based and pole-vaulted routines are high-energy maneuvers that help to boost confidence and create a positive self-image. Six-week series cater to beginners and intermediate seductresses, and more advanced drop-in sessions cover holds, inverted handstands, and midair tea service. The dress code calls for comfortable yoga-style wear and bare feet or legwarmers.

The Groupon Guide to: New Roller Coasters

It's still early, but it looks like 2013 will go down in history as the year of the roller coaster. Here are some roller coasters that are debuting soon:

  • Kung Fu Panda: the Ride
  • Kung Fu Panda: a Roller Coaster
  • Kung Fu Panda: a Rock 'n' Roller Coaster (the Aerosmith roller coaster but all songs used for the ride were rerecorded by Aerosmith while they were wearing panda costumes)
  • Kung Fu Panda: the Panda Rides among Us (on This Roller Coaster)
  • Kung Fu Panda 3: the Ride Based on an Early Draft of an Unproduced Screenplay
  • Panda Drop (not based on Kung Fu Panda—riders are just dropped into a cage with a bunch of pandas)
  • Lung Flu Amanda: America's Most Contagious Roller Coaster

Which Oscar-winning films were based on roller-coaster rides? Find out in today's Groupon Guide.
