cont'd from above. and I had a reg. size bath towel to cover me and nothing else. There was spa music playing which I love but soon after it started it skipped continuously and she eventually shut it off. I had a leg, buttock, foot massage and a VERY minimal back and arm massage. This all lasted 20 min. She then put hot stones on a towel on me in various areas and left me in the room like that for about 25 min. and then came in and removed them. Told me to get into a housecoat they provided and to go to the little sauna room which I did. THAT WAS THE EXTENT OF my massage!! RIDICULOUS!! I spent 5 min. in the sauna and left but before I did was told that I had to pay another $4.50 GST.

There are a few simple things that could be done to enhance your service. I believe additional training is a necessary start. As well, some very simple changes to the equipment, such as providing a clean face cover for the table, and larger towels/sheets that have more coverage. I feel strongly that there should be some paperwork-collection of client data and a waiver- this will protect your business. As well, certification should be displayed and visible for the client, so that they are assured of your training. And finally, if a client pays for an hour, they should get a full hour, even if they only want one area targeted. I genuinely wish you all the best and hope this feedback is useful.
