Upon arrival at DMZ Tactical, students are immersed in the post-apocalyptic world of the zombie-shooting experience: the zombie hordes are closing in, and the Joint Zombie Eradication Force (JZEF) is humanity’s last line of defense. JZEF instructors first arm students and train them to defeat the undead before students hone their ability to reload quickly, swiftly identify zombies, and strike zombies from a variety of distances.

DMZ Tactical

DMZ Tactical—which operates out of Homer Glen—boasts an outdoor shooting range that allots ample space for tactical-training courses. Instructors—many of whom tout military and law-enforcement backgrounds––offer classes that range from from basic pistol fundamentals to advanced firearm manipulation. The classes promote safety and survival by teaching students to use firearms in a responsible, effective manner. To ensure students’ safety, DMZ Tactical upholds a 1:1 safety-officer-to-student ratio.
