What is considered one area?

One area includes right and left forehead for example, or right and left smile lines. Glabella, which is the frown area between the brows is also considered as one area but has no right or left to it as it is centrally located.

What is the likelihood of having an allergic reaction to dysport?

If you are allergic to Botox then you would be allergic to Dysport as they are both botulinum toxin products and vice versa. In general, allergic reactions to either are very rare.
