The most important part of the Groupon voucher is the ID#. You can give it as a gift to someone and they can use it regardless of who’s name is on it. So you’re right, you can decide later if you’d like to gift it.

1. You don’t have to use all the Groupons that you’ve purchased in one day, but you must use the entire amount of the Groupon(s) that you do decide to redeem that day.
2. Yes, you can bring a friend and either use a separate Groupon for him/her or use the one Groupon towards the total. Let me know if you have any other questions!

David, sorry to have taken up your precious time in that you felt you needed to respond to my inquiry. There IS a difference between salon and spa services, the deal says for Salon services and I felt it warranted clarification before spending my money.
Irene, you will just love Dolce if you have never been there before. I go there all the time and this is just an amazing deal. They offer all kinds of wonderful spa services — massages, facials, body treatments, peels, micordermabrasion, etc. I stumbled upon the place last summer and now I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Does anyone recommend a hairdresser than can do blond highlights and cut short hair in a modern style? I fly to Vegas every 3 months because I cannot find anyone here who will listen to me (I need my short hair texturized and dried straight with a flat brush and then flat ironed). I’ve gone to at least 10-15 places in PHX, Ahwatukee and Scottsdale and no luck ANYWHERE. I’ve spent $250 on my hair with 3 different salons this month and it looks like crap.

This is my salon, so I’m thrilled with this Groupon. I’ve been a client at Toni & Guy as well as Vidal Sassoon. Dolce is by far the best. Yay!
Deanna, I am not on staff at Dolce, (but am there all the time) and I believe you CAN buy 3 Groupons worth $270 (cost $120) for a package of 3 peels because $280 is listed as the “regular price” of three peels in Dolce’s Salon Menu. And you’ll have $10 leftover.
Can’t help with your first question though……sorry.
I am buying in multiples. If Joan says buy it…then I KNOW it’s a good buy! Plus I know several cosmetologists who recommend them.

We combine our micro with Facials & Peels only – this is in order to enhance the micro service.

Rachel, in my experience as a Groupon customer, most times it has takes Groupon 24 hours to send a confirmation email containing the link that you can click on and print your Groupons. Can you access your Groupon account and see it there under the My Groupons tab?

Clarification = If I spend my 3 groupons, for instance in July 2010 {b4 expiration date) for Series of 3 Peels [$280value] I’m under the impression that I can still use my other peel(s) for instance in Nov 2010, Jan 2011. —I live in a different state so am not there regularly but I see this as a “vacation deal”

Deanna- If you use your Groupons to purchase a series of peels before the exp. that would be considered “used before exp” then their is NO expiration on the series of peels!
Hello, I just purchased this dolce groupon and i have yet to receive a recepit or the Groupon in my email? this is my first purchase on here, so I want to be sure I will get what I paid for. Tawny- yes – once you’ve turned your Groupon into a “Series” you are in the Dolce system and off of Groupons so it becomes exact same as pre-paying for a service
Janet- yes you can use on Bridal services- anything that is a reg service we perform and on full value (cannot be combined with other offers)
You can use multi Groupons on different day yes- as long as each Groupon is used fully on the day it is used. We will not issue credit on a partially used Groupon.

Kristin, I’m pretty sure the answer is yes, since Dolce only cares about the Groupon NUMBER, not the NAME on the Groupon. So, if you buy three Groupons and you and your daughter’s nail and hair services total $270 together, your three Groupons will cover it. Remember, there is no “splitting” (meaning, a balance carry-over) a Groupon from one day to the next. You need to use a an entire Groupon (the $90) when you come for the appointment.
