Dolphin Swim Club usually has some sort of membeship fee. The Groupon doesn't mention anything of that. Also, re: new members: I took my son there for a free trial once, but if I buy this it would be for my daughter. Does that make her the new member or would I be considered a past member because I took my son there for that free trial?

Hi Patti! They normally charge a Facility Fee of $35 but it is waived with this Groupon. Even if you decide to register after the 4 classes, they will waive it.

If you did not register your son for classes (i.e. only did the free trial,) then yes you can use a Groupon for your daughter.

If we offer open swim time after your lesson you can stay to swim, the cost is $6 per person and is outside of the Groupon.

I'm a little confused by this...I saw that you (or someone from Groupon) responded to part of this question with this: "You must activate the Groupon by calling to reserve. Once you do that, you have four months from that date to use all four lessons. You must activate by the expiration date (March 27, 2013)." So, is it 1 month from activation that the lessons have to be completed or do we have four months? Will make a big difference if I'd buy or not! TIA!

Once you call to use the Groupon you will pick a time that will be the same for four consecutive weeks. So if Monday at 4pm if your class time, it will stay that time for four weeks. You have until the expiration date to call and set up the four classes.

Do the lessons have to be scheduled consistently on a chosen date/time or can they vary from week to week? Are there restrictions as to times or dates? Also, what is meant by "Must activate my expiration date on Groupon?" Does that mean you have to pick the month (before March 27, 2013) when you will fit in your four lessons? Also, can the same child receive the lessons with Groupons bought by a parent and a relative, or is the child limited to one Groupon.

There is a limit of one Groupon per person. This means that each child can only redeem one Groupon in total.

Had a couple of questions about the 2+ semi-private swim lessons. My son is 2. Will he be in the water alone with an instructor? Or are parents in the water as well? As far as class scheduling, is there a set schedule, or how does the scheduling work? Thanks in advance.

Hi Jennifer! Starting at the age of two, children are in the water without parents. An instructor will be in the class with 3 or fewer children.
