The Deal

  • $99 for lawn aeration, overseeding, and fertilization (a $225 value)

Homeowners can prepare their lawns for the coming cold months through aeration, which involves extracting a plug of soil to give seeds room to take root. Overseeding and fertilization ensure the grass grows in thick and healthy. This deal includes 1 pound of seed for every 1,000 square feet, and 2 pounds of fertilizer for every 1,000 square feet.
