I'm Filipino Hawaiian and typically fair in the winter, tan in the summer and I like going to the beach (I do wear plenty of sunscreen). Are there any skin complexions that are not good candidates for a chemical peel? I've seen in the past where there are certain procedures that cannot be performed on people with darker complexions.
