It is said that a true lady never reveals her age, whether by hiding her driver's license or constantly threatening the people who witnessed her birth. Preserve secrets with this Groupon.

Choose Between Two Options

  • $899 for fat transfer to the lips (a $2,000 value)
  • $1,299 for SmartLipo on the lower abdomen (a $3,000 value)

Following a 30-minute consultation, the surgeon performs the minimally invasive, 90-minute SmartLipo treatment. After injecting a local anesthetic to numb the lower abdomen, the surgeon makes four small incisions and inserts a laser fiber. The fiber then blasts fat cells with energy, causing them to liquefy for removal via vacuum. The procedure typically results in less bruising than traditional liposuction, and clients may be able to resume normal activities in one to two days and begin exercising in three days.

If clients purchase the fat-transfer option, some bodily fat can be processed and injected into the lips to provide permanent shaping and volume.

Dr. Goodnight Center for Everlasting Beauty

For Dr. Goodnight, it's not about instant results: "I want to be able to get together with my patients when we’re all in our 90s to talk about what a wonderful life we’ve all had and how great we still feel and look." To that end, he joins his wife, Marianne, a certified nurse, in taking a whole body approach to long-term beauty.

Board-certified in four different medical fields, including facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Goodnight can revivify clients from the inside out with services that range from hormone replacement therapies to surgical face-lifts. But the transformations don't end in the treatment room. As certified fitness trainers, the husband and wife team educates clients on how to increase their health through nutrition, exercise, and avoiding open manholes.

The Groupon Guide to: Controversial Cookie Ingredients

Not all cookie ingredients are created equal. We collected some quotes from frequent cookie consumers about the cookie ingredients they love to not enjoy. How many of these people do you strongly disagree with?

Golden Raisins: Sally Amsterfield of Warburn, Maine, says: "More like golden hate 'ems!"

Chopped Dates: Bill Waxly of Pinoa, Idaho, says: "If you have a first date, there might not be a second—yuck!"

Coconuts: Former president B. Clinton of 123 Whitehouse Lane is quoted as saying: "You'd have to be coco-nuts to eat that stuff!"

Cranberries: Hero astronaut Vanessa Maybury reports from the International Peace Satellite Persephone: "We're running out of oxygen—from gasping for an edible cookie! These cranberries should be called bland-berries. Please send help, over.”

Peppermint Chips: Dave "The Diamond" Reynolds says: "This is the first I'm hearing of these. I guess they could be good in the right kind of cookie but definitely not for every day. How did you get into my home?"

What are the least popular cookie ingredients of all time?
