I'm interested in purchasing the Extra Large Area (entire legs) but am wondering if my hair on upper legs/thighs is dark enough. If I purchase this package & it's determined that the hair is indeed to light can I get the difference refunded between Large Area & Extra large Area? I would have treatments done on lower legs only then.

Can I get laser hair removal done on my upper lip if I'm on a retinol?

No. Unfortunately you must stop usage of all Retinol, Retin-A, etc. at least 3-4 weeks before your first treatment.

Under "Choose from four options", it shows $428 for one year of unlimited laser hair-removal treatments on an extra-large area but under the "Valid Treatment Areas" it says that an extra-large area for Full legs is $385. Why are they different and which is the correct price? Also, is the numbing cream $25 each time we go in for a treatment? How much in advance do we need to apply the cream?

Extra Large Area is: Full Legs, Full Back or Abdomen area. YOU PICK ONE OF THESE AREAS AT $428 each. You can buy numbing here for $25 and apply here or take home to save you time at least 30 minutes before your treament

So my husbands back would obviously be considered an extra large area? If you have to wait 8 weeks between visits, will there be enough time to do the entire back since he'll have less than a year to use the package? The deadlines and wait between visits is confusing and makes me think it will be impossible to do this large area. Can you help clear up please?

You would come every 8 weeks for about 6 treatments total. That means if he is consistent with his treatment then he will have a positive result with his treatment. The deadline is for him to have at least one treatment before july.

It seems you can fit about 6 treatments (8 weeks apart) in a calendar year. Is that enough treatments for a medium area (Bikini Line) to be satisfied with the results, or are more treatments typically needed?

Per terms of the deal, I can continue the unlimited treatments beyond July 2013, as long as I start the first session before July 10 2013; so if I start March 2013, my one year will end March 2014,correct?
