Hi, this is Adanna Hartwell, one of the owners of Dream Dinners. We created an exclusive offer for Groupon so you can experience Dream Dinners and find out what we’re all about. You simply purchase the 6 meals that serve 3 people described in the Groupon deal. Then choose whether you want to come in and assemble the meals or have us assemble them for you. No additional purchase is required.
I understand that this is an exclusive offer for Groupon and it sounds like a great deal. The Groupon states that the 6 meals can be chosen from the Sample Menu. I am unable to locate the Sample Menu on the Dream Dinners website. Can someone tell me where to find this menu? I’d like to view it before I make the Groupon purchase.
I have the same question as the last poster. Where is the Sample Menu? I don’t want to purchase and then find out that my family doesn’t like any of the selections. Sample Menu leads me to believe it’s a very limited selection. Thanks.
The October menu sampler menu includes Salisbury Steak & Gravy Potatoes, Grilled Chicken Mediterranean with Polenta, Nana’s Lasagna, Toasted Pecan Chicken, Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwiches, Kentucky Pork Chops, Chicken Paella, Lemon Chicken Piccata, and Savory Honey Grilled Chicken with Sesame Honey Butter.
The November sampler menu is Ranch House Chicken & Potatoes, Mango Glazed Salmon, Monte Cristo Chicken, Crispy Coconut Chicken with Jasmine Rice, Maple Glazed Pork Chops, Oven Baked Almond Chicken, Sesame Teriyaki Glazed Meatballs with Jasmine Rice and Firehouse Three Cheese Pasta with Meatballs.

Adanna, when I think of sampler, I think of a little of this and a little of that. I assume in this case, that is not what it means. Please clarify: we choose 6 entrees, and we will get enough for 3 people from EACH entree that we chose? Not trying to be difficult. In other words, there are 9 entree choices for Oct; I don’t get “samples” of all 9, just the 6 entrees I choose. Also, is the deal good for one year? For the future, will the sampler menu be on the website? Thanks!
It’s a sampler in the sense that you get to try a variety of dinners from our monthly menu. You will select 6 dinners and each dinner will feed 3 people. The deal is good for 6 months. The sampler information is available on the website but you have to create an account to view that information so for simplicity, I just posted in the discussion.
I would love to purchase this groupon, however am limited to a vegetarian diet. Would I be able to purchase vegetarian meals??
Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to offer a large selection of vegetarian dinners.
Can I bring a friend with me to help prepare the meals at your store?

The Groupon says “a $110 value for $45”. I see from your website that a sampler menu only costs $88 and change. Where’s the rest of the $110 value come from?
The $25 meal assembly fee is included in the value.

Would you consider throwing in another meal if I came and assembled them myself? To be honest, that looks like 90% of the fun in your whole concept! I think one would miss out on the best part if we just purchased pre assembled meals!
Is it possible to buy 3 meals this month and 3 meals in future?
Went to site and actually looked at menus – the meals NOT included in the sampler are so hands down better than the ‘sampler choices’ if menu choices had not been limited I would have purchased that was the beauty of the dinner afare groupon – they did not limit the choices to the cheapest most blase selections – very disappointed
oh no, really? Its limited to the lame chicken choices? I already purchased, but I’m certainly dissapointed.
Bruce — coming in to assemble the meals is definitely a big part of the fun. You’re also able to customize the meals to fit the tastes of your family. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to sample a dinner or two! With the great discount on this offer, we aren’t able to alter the offer in the way that you suggested.

Look forward to using the Groupon and trying out the service. I’ve used a similiar service but they are unfortunately going out of business in November. With this offer, are we able to order 2 of the same entree? For example, dinner for 5 — can I order 2 orders of 3 different entrees to reach the 6 entrees? Excellent value of adding the prep fee in the offer – it’s fun to make the meals, but with time at a premium, the prep fee included sold me.
I just bought the groupon and am very excited about coming in and assembling my own meals. Just to clarify please…there is no assembly fee with this groupon correct? And, I can buy some of the 6 now and some of the 6 later if desired? Thanks for your time!!
You can order multiples of the same entree to reach your total of 6 meals.
There is no assembly fee with this Groupon and you can split the delivery of the meals.
What are the hours that the meals can be picked up? I did not see this information on the web site.
Wednesdays from 4 – 6 PM and Saturdays from 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
No mid day Wed pick ups? Coming from E side of the ATL and would love to avoid rush hour and not have to drag kids with me! :-)
We can accomodate mid-day pick ups on Wednesday. Just ask for it when you place your order.
What if I’m making the meals myself – are those the times to come in as well. Must I make an appointment first?

Thursday, October 15 at 10 AM
Friday, October 16 at 10 AM
Saturday, October 17 at 10 AM
Thursday, October 22 at 10 AM and 6:30 PM
Saturday, October 24 at 10 AM
Friday, October 30 at 7 PM
Saturday, October 31 at 10 AM
You’ll schedule in advance to attend one of the sessions (at least 24 hours prior to the session start time).

another question……..do the meals come with a side? Or will I just be getting 3 prepared chicken breasts and left to provide my own sides. I realized as I was reading through the web site that I saw no mentions of sides. For example … with the pulled pork sandwiches….do you get only the sandwiches or something else to go with? I could not tell anywhere.

Some dinners have a side with them (e.g., Grilled Chicken Meditteranean with Polenta or Salisbury Steak with Gravy and Potatoes) and other meals like the Pulled Pork Sandwiches don’t. The meal descriptions on the dreamdinners.com website provides this detail. Our store also offers a wide variety of pre-assembled side dishes.
Can I bring my children to come and help assembly the meals or are children not allowed?
Children over 12 are allowed at sessions.

Greetings – I have several questions. 1-I see that there is a quantity. May I buy two and use both of them for me? My neighbor is interested but hesitant. 2-May I buy one for her as a gift. 3-Am I allowed to pick up her meals (pre-assembled, as she is never in the Roswell area?)Perhaps this is in the literature, but, do you prepare all 6 meals at once? The Groupon specifies that you can use one for yourself and give 3 others as gifts. You can definitely pick up meals for someone else. We typically prepare all 6 meals at once. Others have asked if they could be split (i.e., 3 pick up one month and the remaining 3 picked up in another month) and we’re willing to let people to split the 6 meals into two different orders.

I would like to purchase this for my parents who are on a low sodium diet for health reasons. Can this request be accomodated at all?
We can leave out salt when the meals are made but I would strongly suggest that you look at the nutritional information available for each meal to determine if these meals will be a good fit for their diet. I just tried to redeem my groupon at the Roswell GA location. I ordered 6 meals off of the sampler menu as the groupon stated, however, the confirmation email sent to me shows that I owe a balance of $69.99, how can this be? It wouldn’t be a deal at all if my groupon is only being counted as a discount. Please clarify. Thanks.
There’s no additional amount owed. The receipt doesn’t show a balance owed but it does indicate a payment of $69.99. This is done in order to get the correct sales tax to show on your order. You just need to bring your Groupon certificate as proof of your payment to Groupon.

So, the website says the minimum for each prep session is 36 servings.
The Groupon covers (6) meals which serve (3) people each.
Thats 18, right?
So will I be spending a lot more so that I can meet the minimum?
