We’re a two person household, each new customer’s. Can we have $100 worth picked up and be able to use two gift certificates?
Sorry! Only one per household. However, once you become customers, Drive Cleaning sends out coupons monthly – exclusively for existing customers, so there will always be opportunities to save again!
Can we use the $50 towards items other than dry cleaning? In that same vein, can we combine services (to benefit from the $.95/lb wash & fold)? Lastly, can we apply the groupon towards a future online purchse at Drive Cleaning? Thanks!

Yes, yes, and yes. You can use the $50 towards any service we offer – there are no limitations. The way it works is, the $50 credit is applied to your overall account. In contrast, the discount on wash and fold you’re asking about (advertised on our website) is applied on an individual order level.
So, for example, if you give us 5 pieces of dry cleaning and 20 lbs of wash and fold, your invoice will appear like you have been charged regular price for the dry cleaning, and you’ll receive the discounted price of $0.95/lb for the wash and fold. Let’s say your total bill is $60. At the END OF THE MONTH is when you’ll see the groupon applied at the account level, so you’ll receive a $50 credit towards the $60 balance, and your card will be charged $10. Hopefully my explanation makes sense. If you need me to clarify further, just let me know.
Lastly, I’m saying “yes” you can apply the groupon towards a future online purchase, but I’m not sure if I understand your question… I’m understanding your question to mean, “do I have to use the Groupon immediately, or can I spread the groupon out over multiple uses?” In that sense, the answer is yes, you can spread it out, the Credit on your account will remain there for one year. If you meant something else by “future online purchase”, please clarify, and I’d be happy to answer your question.

So, by “can we apply the groupon towards a future online purchase” I mean, as a new customer, can I use the Groupon by making my order online? That is, do I have to call-in my order or will there be some kind of option online to insert the Groupon confirmation no.?

It’s simple… Just sign up for service on the website! One of our representitives will call you back to confirm your signup. When you give in your first order of clothes for cleaning, simply print out your Groupon and include it in the bag with your cleaning. It’s that simple!

If I only use $10 worth for example, do I retain the remaining $40 for use at a later time? Or do I have to do one large order at once?
