DS Studio

DS Studio resides in a street-level brownstone building, which contrasts sharply with the pure white walls, leather chairs, and marble countertops within the intimate salon. This minimalistic, European aesthetic is echoed in the styling techniques and trends of owners and master stylists Demetris and Savita, both of whom have showcased their work in Vogue and Harper's Bazaar. Though Demetris and Savita put the DS in the salon's name, the studio also is home to a color director who transforms hair hues, a balayage specialist who adds sun-kissed color to the ends of hair, and a nail technician trained in reflexology and waxing for men, women, and invisible friends. As an advocate for healthy hair, the salon only uses 100% organic products, including their namesake line of haircare infused with botanical extracts imported from Greece.
