Honest and quality service at fair price

I bought the groupon, they would not do the work unless we paid an addition $300 plus on top of the groupon which should have been sufficient. I asked them to just clean what what what was listed and the wouldn;t do anything.

This company is a scam! The $39 Groupon covers nothing. I was told, and unfortunately listened, that I'd have to pay an additional $275. Cleaning took 20 minutes, I was screamed at by owner, and have no clue what the companies name is. They appear to go by several different names.

Shady! I live in a small (3 bedroom one level ranch ) home. I have only one zone for heating and cooling. the man walked around my home and told me there would be nearly $700 in additional charges!!! He attemped to explanin, the numberber of returned, blah,blah, blah. I politely asked him to leave!

Scheduled service 4 weeks out. Called and cancelled day scheduled and then rescheduled for 2 weeks out again. Called next day and had a technician come out. Did a good job but had to pay 200$ extra on top of groupon:(

The technician that they sent was terrible. He did not do everything that the groupon included. Instead he told me that there were other vents that needed to be added that would cost me $300. Everytime I refused he would lower the cost amd say he was offering me a deal. After 6 refusals he finally lowered the amount to $100. After I refused again he said my groupon only included my first floor vents. I was so disgusted but the only contact number I had was not actually for Duct Scrub but for a main dispatch that outsourced to different air duct cleaning companies in your area. I have purchased many groupons this is the first time I've been unsatisfied.
