This offer is for a digital download, as opposed to a physical CD. When you purchase, your voucher will walk you through the steps of how to redeem the code to get your download link (Note: The download and CD contain the exact same software and features).

Is there an annual fee? If I buy today says expires Jul 3, 2013, does that mean I can't use the software past this date?

No, there is no annual fee. The expiration date means you must redeem your Groupon for the software before then.
