It is always helpful to work hands on, but the programs are not required to watch the videos and learn about the programs.

Yesterday I asked a question re: prior experience required to be able to succeed. The response was some basic computer experience. To what extent? I have no programming experience, but have been an Executive Assistant for 20 years (know Microsoft programs and internet). Just wondering how basic you mean.
