I used Ejoycity.ca before and ordered from the same seller Chocolate Addict. This time I purchased a voucher through Groupon and redeemed it last week. The store told me that they do not use Groupon and that the voucher was not valid. I had to argue with them to get at least the purchased value worth in regular chocolates. I did not get what I bought and am very disappointed. The store says they had too many problems with Groupon and that they don't care if I paid money on Groupon (with Ejoycity.ca). I do use Groupon on occasion and have used Ejoycity twice. I enjoy both but the store for which this voucher was purchased for is very rude and ignorant and have no customer service skills.
