Per Earworms learning: The downloaded file is zipped i.e. compressed for a faster download speed. Download first to your PC, unzip & then transfer the tracks in the way you normally transfer music files to your device. Mp3 ‘Players’ are unable to open Zip files so you cannot download from our server directly to these devices. So you should download to your PC first and then simply transfer across to your device.

Your downloads can be transferred from your PC to the following devices:

Thanks for your question! You'll be able to choose your languages when redeeming your Groupon on the Earworms website. Exact redemption instructions will be included on your Groupon voucher. To find your Groupon voucher after it's purchased, just click your name in the upper right hand corner of the screen and click "My Groupons", then select "View Voucher". If the Groupon was purchased as a gift, it will be in the "My Gifts" section instead.
