East Side Craft House

True to its name, East Side Craft House specializes in craft beers, offering 12 local and imported brews on tap. To complement pints, the culinary team whips up west-coast pub fare, which ranges from potato- and cheese-stuffed pierogi with chorizo sausage to an eclectic array of burgers. Their tender patties come crowned with gourmet toppings such as Danish blue cheese and crispy bacon or sautéed mushrooms and swiss, rather than the traditional American burger topping, a hot dog. To vary regular customers’ routines, the eatery offers poker games on Sundays and bouts of music bingo on Wednesdays.

The Groupon Guide to: Tricking Your Kids into Eating Vegetables

Kids don't want to eat vegetables because vegetables aren't fun. Make legumes laughably fun with these tips for preparing vegetables:

  • Put black beans on circular slices of potato to give your kids healthier "chocolate-chip cookies."

  • Cut corn off the cob and offer their picky palates some "rotten goblin teeth."

  • Mash yams and your young ones will be thrilled to eat "a very sick man's innards."

  • An avocado kind of looks like a hand grenade.

  • Remove the strings from celery. Kids will voluntarily eat celery if it's not strung like some kind of ridiculous violin.

Mom, can I have seconds of goblin teeth?
