For the tile cleaning are you including wall tiles including thos in the shower along with floor tiles. I have a small bathroom I am interested in for the tile and grout work. I live in Arden-Arcade Thanks, John

What is the cost/sq ft for tile areas of over 125? And does your tile cleaning strip off old sealant or finishes?

the tile cleaning has been discounted to $1.00 per sq ft over the 125. Some sealant can be removed while other glossy finishes may not be a sealant but referred to as by some. I think the sq footage of the service area is more relevant. single story is up to 1200 sq ft and will probably be fine, however if the sq footage exceeds the 1200 then I would purchase the 2 story.
