They were professional and timely. I had never had the house washed before. They wanted another $149 to add solvents to the spray in order to clean the mold/moss from the house. No doubt it was probably needed but I declined and results were acceptable. I'm cheap and for $300+ I'll make this a DIY project next year.

I was pleased that we were called to say they were coming because we were told they would be here between 9 - 11 am and I skipped a class to stay home. They did not arrive but did call that they would. Be here around 1 pm. Their fee ended up being $182 more than I expected to pay but they were very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning our house. There is a small area that they did not clean but I am assuming they did not see above the carport and I did not notice it until after they had left. As I said, their work was excellent.
