Shuttle service is available to or from Douglas Charlotte International Airport for passengers within the 485/Harris Boulevard loop. Customers can request a shuttle schedule here. Pets are allowed on board, as long as they are in a carrying case and nobody booked for the trip has allergies. Shuttles are not handicapped accessible.

Customers are encouraged to arrange their shuttle service as soon as travel dates have been scheduled.
