When are they open? I can’t find hours of operation on their website.
Can you only but 2? I wanted three but one is a gift for my husband. Will I be able to get three?
Is the deal valid on “The High Flyer” during the day time?

Ok, now the deal is on – did I get in on it?? That was my original question. I hate that I can’t e-mail or call someone and find out if I did get it or not. If I didn’t what did I do wrong so I don’t do it again. hmmmm
I wasn’t able to find anything on their website about the hours of operation either. That would be most helpful.
I agree, I don’t want to be out there at night and waste the view! but I’d like to do the full 10 zip line course. Hopefully they’ll be reasonable and let us apply it to any High Flyer tour.

Chris, absolutely! You may buy 2 and use them both on the same day for you and your daughter, just be sure to call in advance to schedule your zip, and mention your Groupon!

As a reminder, you may begin redeeming your Groupon(s) beginning tomorrow, once the deal has ended.

The daytime tours are from 9am – 4pm & the night tours are from 5pm – 9pm. Be sure to call to schedule your tour, mention your Groupon, and you’ll be good to.

I have 2 girls, 14 & 16 years old. Does this mean I’m out of luck for the third ticket?

The Halloween nighttime High Flyer tour ends Oct 31, but the Groupon does not expire till Dec 5. How can you restrict only to the Halloween tour if it’s not available until the Groupon is over?
I can’t find the hours you are open. I really need to know your weekend hours. I would like the high flyer, would need to know if
it is available on Sunday?
Is the Weekend Friday, Saturday, Sunday?
$49 for the “night” High Flyer is still WAY less than $75 for the day High Flyer tour, and it is still light at 5 pm when they open. So I bought two for my boys, and still saved over $50 off the daytime price!
Can you give me the hours of business including the weekends please!

Joel, I changed the 1 to a 2 before I purchased, and it said $98 when I purchased the two tours, but when I printed it, it only said it was good for one person. I will go purchase another, but hope you will help me if it ends up charging me for three when I only need two…
Does the night time tour include Friday nights?

Randy, you can buy 2 Groupons + 1 additional as a gift, so you can purchase 3 total and you are in luck!
Schirin, You are correct, the High Flyer Night Tour ends 10/31 which is also the expiration date. Eco Zipline Tours is going to try their best to get everyone on their Night Zips or Haunted Zips while it’s still in season. The regular ziplines are open until Dec. 5th.

Monday – Friday
9AM – 5PM
WEEKENDS:
Friday – Sunday
Daytime tours = 9am – 4pm
Night tours = 5pm – 9pm
Cindy, You should have 2 Groupon vouchers in your Groupon “My Stuff” account. You should be able to print off both of your Groupons which are good for 1 person. If you purchased the 3rd, you can adjust your purchase in your account & cancel that 3rd. Let me know if you have any other questions and we’ll get you squared away.

I just purchased the High Flyer Night Tour for $49 each, apparently as it was selling out, although I was not aware of this at the time, and entered in that I wanted 2. It went through, and then showed that the deal was sold out immediately following. Now I have received my email confirmation and it only charged me $19 and gave me the lowest deal. How do I fix this???? I did not get the quantity or zipline I selected.

Hi Nicki,
You may have purchased the deal as it sold out, and it likely defaulted you to the first listed feature. You can adjust and cancel your purchase by going into your account, click on “My Groupons” and next to the Eco Zipline Tour Groupon you can change your purchase order.

Would love to have gotten the 10 line for $49 but they were sold out. Maybe Groupon can suggest folks can upgrade or something when they make a reservation?!
Is there a way to upgrade one of the cheaper options to the one for $49 if I wanted it?
I am so bummed that the high flyer is sold out already. 4 lines is just not enough. This is such a great deal and so much fun!

I purchased the 4 line tour but then read about it being referred to as the "Kiddie"tour. I hope it is more exciting than that. I would upgrade if that was an option too. Will that be possible?

Nicki again….I went in as you said, and cancelled the order for the default zipline for $19 while it was still “processing”, but my bank was still charged. It is not showing up as a Groupon that I have now either. So ultimately I have paid for it, but don’t have access to it, which is fine because this was not the one I wanted to begin with. How do I go about being refunded that $19, I thought I was doing it the right way, per your instructions…..but I guess I didn’t?!?!? Thanks :)
I purchased a 10-line tour on your last promotion for my daughter who couldn’t go with the rest of us. Will you have any more day-time tour promotions for the 10-line tour? We can’t go at night.

If I purchase them in my name, does that mean that I HAVE to go, or can I give them away to family members?

Hi Scott, you can gift them even if it has your name on it, no problem. Enjoy!
Lisa, you can adjust your purchase when you go into your account to buy one more for yourself and another as a gift. As there is a limit per person, you can have another family member or friend buy the additional 3, and you can redeem them all at once when you call to schedule your tours, just be sure to mention all of your Groupons!

I just placed my purchase for 2. The groupon that I printed states that it is good for only 1. Do I need to place a second order?

You should be all set. Each Groupon is valid for 1 person. In your Groupon account, you can click on “My Groupons” and you should be able to see that there are 2 vouchers for you to print out.

There was only 1 groupon to print for the 1st order. I have placed a secoind order for another 1 groupon to obtain the 2 that I originally requested. The second order has not been confirmed. Please verify what has occurred. Thank you
I have purchased 2 Groupons for the zip line tour and have made my reservations. I was told they need the Groupon voucher number for the cancellation policy. I do not see a voucher number on my confirmation email. Is it on the Groupon when I go to print it out?

What is the weight limit to ride?

Hi Ervin, please contact our amazing customer support: support@groupon.com and they can help sort you out. In all likelihood, it is still processing, but you can email just the same and we’ll be sure to get back to you.
Hi Cynthia, you are correct. Upon printing out your Groupons, you’ll see your name atop left, your Gorupon ID number on the top right, and the redemption number on the bottom right. Be sure to give the 2 numbers listed during your reservations and you should be good to go!

Considering nobody has posted for almost 2 days, this is probably a dead thread, but just in case, I’ll add that when I made my reservations, they told me that the night zips don’t start until the middle of September, and that they weren’t for all three weekend nights. I can’t remember if they were Fri and Sat only, or Sat and Sun only. With marching band (football games on Friday nights and competitions going ALL day until late Saturday) that made it really hard to schedule before the October 31 deadline. The good news was that they did let me schedule my High Flyers during the day instead of at night, so it didn’t matter!

I can not reach the company to schedule our zipline. I have two tickets. We wnat to go during the week, and in oct. Mon Tue or thurs is best. Also- I have tried the website, yellow pages, google – I cna’t find a phone to call also i get an error when I use the link provided for eco zipline.
This was awesome — my son & I went this week. We had the ‘easy rider’ groupon, but paid $20 more each to upgrade to the 10 line tour once we got there. It was SO amazing — thanks groupon for allowing us to have such a cool new experience.


I put in my info and billing info – looks like the deal went up by 2 but I don’t know if I’m in the deal or not???? Very confusing
