Questions and Answers

The unclear responses to questions make this deal seem really sketchy. I asked: What are "food brands"? Does that include all categories under "feeding" - e.g. food storage, napkins, placemats? Also, you responded to a question saying that diaper covers are part of "diaper brands" - so does that mean wipes, creams and changing pads are excluded? It would be less confusing if you listed all brands that are excluded. And days later, you respond: The Groupon is valid for food storage. -- Really, Groupon?

Hi K.T., To clarify, food brands means food manufactures like plum organics, happyfamily etc. With regards to wipes and diapering accessories, if they are made by a brand like nature baby care or kissaluvs, they are excluded. Please contact the company for further questions, and we hope this helps!

Unfortunately, Kissaluvs is a diaper brand.

The Groupon is valid for food storage.

So, I understand that I cannot use this Groupon for cloth diapers; however, does this deal include/exclude separately purchased cloth diaper inserts, such as the Thirsties hemp inserts?

Jessica B. asked 5 months, 2 days, 6 hours, and 20 minutes ago - 1 answer

tony R.

Unfortunately, the Groupon would not be valid for this.

How about the potty training underwear? Is that considered diapers?

jilian asked 5 months, 4 days, 8 hours, and 37 minutes ago - 1 answer

tony R.

Unfortunately, the potty training underwear does not qualify.

tony R. answered 5 months, 3 hours, and 2 minutes ago

Just to clarify the shipping question, in order to receive free shipping does your order total count or the value of products prior to discount count as $50 or more? Example: I purchase $70 (give or take a couple of dollars) worth of toys, but then apply my Groupon code at checkout, do I still qualify for free shipping? Or if I add $10 to the $40 value voucher, would I receive free shipping? Thanks!

Leslie B. asked 5 months, 3 days, 18 hours, and 20 minutes ago - 1 answer

tony R.

If your order totals $50 (pre-discount), you qualify for the free shipping.

Can I use this groupon on Womens items or household items? Or is it just for baby and kids products?

Tiffany K. asked 5 months, 2 days, 23 hours, and 1 minute ago - 1 answer

tony R.

Yes, you can use the Groupon for that.

tony R. answered 5 months, 3 hours, and 6 minutes ago

I noticed several baby carrier brands in the exclusions, but Moby was not mentioned. Would I be able to use the Groupon on a Moby wrap? Thanks!

Carrie asked 5 months, 2 days, 20 hours, and 12 minutes ago - 1 answer

tony R.

If it is not mentioned in the fine print, then it would be fine.

tony R. answered 5 months, 3 hours, and 10 minutes ago

Will this groupon be deducted from the purchase price (making a purchase over $50 for free shipping be less than $50) and thus making the "free shipping" $50 threshold void? Or does it count as an actual payment to your purchase so you still get the free $50 shipping?

Megan R. asked 5 months, 1 day, 4 hours, and 35 minutes ago

So it says no foods. I can't use this for plum organics food pouches then?

Kathleen I. asked 5 months, 3 hours, and 48 minutes ago - 1 answer

tony R.

That is correct, not valid for food brands.

tony R. answered 5 months, 3 hours, and 17 minutes ago
