Can you please walk me through the process of how to order two of these as gifts. I’m really hoping to get them, but I can’t figure out the gift options section.
Are they leather shoes or man-made material?
And where is the Groupon for those of us who aren’t cross-dressers or aren’t female? You know, the men?
If you are going to have a weak offering like this, on that clearly has limited appeal at least you can do is not make it the only one for the day.

@ Connor you just have to hit the buy buttton and when you click on that there is an option that will say ‘Give this Groupon as a gift’ so just hit that and follow from there :)

Check the sizes before you order! They only go as small as size 6. As a size 5, I was excited about “custom” shoes, but they aren’t custom fit, just custom decorations.
Boo. The featured photo on the groupon is part of the “couture” selection that’s excluded from the deal. Quite misleading.
I’m with Lisa M. As someone who wears a 5 or 5.5 I was excited at the idea of pretty shoes that actually fit! But once again, I can’t find shoes in my size. . .
This stinks… I’m an 11. So, Groupon has ostracized the men, and women who don’t fit in these sizes. Oprah and Paris Hilton have size 11 feet, companies. There is a demand (as well as for small feet!), STOCK them!
Yeah, I’m an 11 too :( Such a good idea though…..very cute….too bad I can’t squeeze in a 10.

They also don’t offer wide or narrow sizes, so anyone without “perfect” feet is excluded. Do you know how hard it is to find wide evening shoes? I thought this would be great, but now I’m severely disappointed.

Well I love this deal…I have a question though, can any of the $120 go towards shipping? The shoe I designed only costs $110

@ Selia M. They base of the shoes is leather, but the are covered in fabric. We treat them all with fabric protector before we ship them out so you’re safe if you get stuck in the rain :)

Our Eidia Lush Main Line shoes currently don’t come in wide widths or larger/smaller sizes. We do plan on carrying them once we begin to make our own shoe parts, but since we’re a start-up, we also had a hard time finding places to supply us with these parts. It is a very important part of our growth plan to get them included in our selections though because we know there are many of you out there! In the meantime, we developed two services that would allow you to still design your shoes with us: Special Requests and Total Custom Design.
Special Requests is a service that allows you to buy a shoe that fits your foot comfortably and send it to us for the redesign. This is especially for people with hard-to-fit feet. You only pay the design fee which runs to be about $50 depending on the shoe style we’re redesigning.
Total Custom Design is where practically anything is possible. You work one-on-one with an Eidia Lush Designer to hand create your dream shoe. You answer a set of basic personality and design questions, then our designers will go out and select fabric and embellishments that fit your exact needs and personality. Prices for this service start at $250.

It really sucks that the largest size is a 10. Why don’t companies understand that a large number of women have bigger feet.

I, too have concerns about creating custom shoes without being able to try them on, so I was relieved to see your return policy. Can you give any hint as to whether your base tends to run large/small/tight, etc? thanks. As a size 10, who occasionally bumps up to a 10.5 I can’t tell if I’m out of range or not.
Would the Groupon work for the special requests? For example, I’m a size 11, so if I buy the shoe and bring it to you to customize?
@ Laura A. I’m glad you’re excited about our custom shoes!! If you sometimes bump up to a 10.5, I would recommend going with our Total Custom Design process. I wear a 9.5-10, and our size 10s fit me perfectly. All other sizes run very true to size.
Hi Lakaya – The Groupon would work for Special Requests or the Total Custom Design service, yes. For Special Requests, we will pay the shipping when we mail your re-designed shoes back to you since the Groupon deal is for a larger amount then that service usually costs.
How comfortable are they?

What is their return policy if the shoes don’t fit?

It would appear that the shoes being shown on the Groupon site are not the one that is being offered in the deal. Is this correct? The shoe appears to be Couture pumps that are not being discounted.
Sounds like EL is very flexible about using the Groupon toward any product! I’m in :)
Thanks Sally! @ Allen J. – the reasoning behind the E.L.Couture Collection shoes not being discounted is because these styles are limited and we are almost out of supplies to make them since the styles have been up for sale since last November. Our Spring/Summer Couture Collection will be released at the beginning of April and we are still finalizing those designs.
The image of the shoes was from our homepage and business cards. I apologize if it’s misleading for this promotion. If you are looking for a couture style, we are 100% able to make it happen with our Total Custom Design service and you can apply your Groupon towards it.

I just bought one cause non leather shoes (that are also cute) are hard to come by but now I’m confused.
Hi Lauren. Sorry for the confusion. I mis-spoke earlier. What we have on our site is correct. They are faux leather, not real leather :)
If I purchase 2 groupons do i have to use them at the same time? Or can i buy one pair, confirm the size works and then buy the second pair with my second groupon later?
@ Jessica – You can definitely use your 2nd Groupon at another separate time. They are good for one whole year from the day of the promotion. Looking forward to designing your shoes!
Do I enter the Groupon # in the Coupon Code at checkout?
I just tried using my groupon code to place my shoe order and it didn’t work. Are there special instructions we need to know? I waited until March 6th and everything!

Even with the # sign it’s saying my code isn’t active at this time. Maybe it’s confused because the first time I put the code in I had 2 pairs in my cart, and it said I had to remove one to use the coupon?

anyone ever received their shoes? I ordered on March 29th!!!!
I’ve been trying since March to get shoes too. The first pair came after a few months and was too small (they helped me choose the size, but were really nice about exchanging them). I ordered the new size in June, and moved to a new house. Obviously, I updated my address with them. WELL, guess what. They sent the shoes to my old address! Who knows if I’ll ever get them! Unfortunately, I still have two Groupons for EL, and in theory they expire next week.
i can’;t get my groupon code to even work and it expires today. i have tried over the past few months and they are either out of the size shoe i need or don’t have the material… now i have nothing to show for the groupon!
Lame O_o Same for DC/NOVA/MoCo
