$10 for $20 Worth of Mexican Dinner for Two at El Centenario Mexican Family Restaurant and Bar

In El Centenario's kitchen, fresh shrimp, tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers sizzle in fajita skillets served with guacamole and tortillas ($13.95), and plates of grilled steak or roasted pork tacos pile into corn tortillas with cilantro, onions, and chili sauce ($1.50 each). Meals are complemented by drinks from the full bar such as pomegranate margaritas ($5.50) and Mexican beers such as Tecate, Negra Modelo, and Dos Equis ($3.50). To pass the time between bites, patrons can shoot pool or visit jukeboxes to queue up songs about love affairs with elusive empanadas.
