Is there any guarantee that their won't be hair left after the treatments are completed? I've done so many IPL treatments and it's like nothing happened. (It's patchy for a while but always grows back in the end). I'm very white with dark blonde hair.

the deal says that on yearly packages, you can go in every 4 weeks for different areas. So suppose I buy the unlimited areas deal, does this mean going in once every month to treat just one area? This is the same as going in 12 times a year, which is the equivalent of 2 x 6 large/small areas which is priced significantly cheaper than the $999 deal. Can you tell me the difference between the two options then?
