They supplement exercise with meal plans customized to each client's dietary needs and weight-loss goals.
Elite Corps Fitness
Elite Corps Fitness's Christian Hollums trains hard, and he expects his boot-camp participants to do the same. By enrolling in Elite’s 12-week program, clients make a serious commitment to changing their fitness routine, rather than just flexing in the mirror and calling it a day. Christian helps each participant construct a customized, long-term plan based on their current level of fitness. To that end, he conducts personal-training assessments on the weekends, analyzing clients against eight fitness indicators such as lean-muscle mass, cardiovascular capabilities, and ability to chew through glass. Christian also develops personalized meal plans, ensuring that clients receive the appropriate amount of lean protein to keep them energized through their workouts. Indoor and outdoor workouts take place at Gym Jessop.
