Is the pool just for doing laps, or can you bring a noodle and do your own exercises? Are there water fitness classes any time during the week. What is average temperature for pool in winter months? Not heated, I assume.

Very sorry for the delay! The pool is outdoors so it is currently closed for winter. It is also under construction, so there is not a set date for it to re-open. That being said, when it does open in the summer, you are allowed to exercise and use a noodle and are not limited to swimming laps.
