Questions and Answers

I did check again the earliest appt is on Wednesday Jan 16th at 2pm and 3pm. If the 12th 3pm is still available I'll like to sign up for that one but it's not showing available on my end. A note on the groupon along the lines on "initial assessment date and time is different from time slots listed of the boot camp classes"

$49 for 20 boot-camp classes (a $400 value) Classes are available at the following times; additional sessions may be added as necessary: Mondays at 6 a.m., 6 p.m., and 8 p.m. Tuesdays at 6 a.m., 12 p.m., and 6 p.m. Wednesdays at 6 a.m. and 6 p.m Thursdays at 6 a.m., 6 p.m., and 7 p.m. Fridays at 6 a.m., 9 a.m., and 6 p.m. Saturdays at 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. Sundays at 10 a.m. Above is what's stated on the Groupon. The 26th is the earliest weekend that I can make at 2pm as that was the only available option for that day. When I signed up for the initial evaluation the 12th was not available the first available date was on the 15th but i'll go check and see if it's available now. I signed up for the Groupon with Saturday's at 10am and Thursday's at 7pm in mind. I did see the video just wanted to make sure the regular schedule for the boot camp classes fall within the time slots stated on the Groupon because the initial fitness assessment clearly doesn't.

Donald L.

At time of this email, 1/19 2 pm is still available; 1/12 3 pm has been taken since my earlier email. To repeat the Boot Camp schedule is accurate as stated on Groupon and is clearly stated as the schedule for Boot Camps, NOT health & fitness evaluations. To make a one on eval appointment, you are instructed by both the video and Groupon to go to H & F eval site which is based on first come, first serve. The Boot Camp schedule does not & is not intended to conform to the H & F eval schedule, and vice versa. With 200 Groupons sold you may not get the appointment of choice, but rest assured that you have plenty of time to use your Groupon!l

I purchased the 20 classes option and trying to sign up for my first session/fitness consultation but the appointment availability are different from the times listed on the groupon deal. I had to push my appointment out to the 26th. Would've loved to start on an earlier date. Why are the times different? Is this how all the classes are going to be scheduled? My schedule works with the times listed on the groupon. Clarify please

Donald L.

Hi Enid, sorry for delayed response>Hotmail has been down all day. From your Groupon Voucher>"Online registration required for initial fitness assessment" which is not Boot Camp Training. You select your first Boot Camp during your fitness assessment which Mark discussed in his video when you registered. Also, why did you sign up for the 26th when the same time was available on the19th? Also, the 12th at 3 pm is also available at the time of this email. Eval appointment are first come-first serve. The Boot Camp Training Schedule is correct as stated on Groupon. CYA Soon!

Hi.... I am interested in purchasing but have 1 question. Is there a membership fee on top of the groupon for non gym members?

Jessica S. asked 4 months, 13 days, 12 hours, and 53 minutes ago - 1 answer

Donald L.

Hey Jessica, ABSOLUTELY not! But your access is limited to only Boot Camp Training. Of course, we have an upgrade offer that you could accept or reject that would give full access to all of our services & a whole lot more. Will be discussed during your fitness evaluation. You are going to LOVE it at EPBC! CYA soon!

Hi, I attended classes last year through groupon (February of 2012 throught July 4th). Am I eligible to purchase it again this year? I really enjoyed the classes Thank you

Tatyana M. asked 4 months, 14 days, 21 hours, and 18 minutes ago - 1 answer

Donald L.

Hey Tatyana, AWESOME, that you really enjoyed our Boot Camp last July! Merchants use Groupon to showcase their products to new customers as a loss leader with the expectation to gain customers willing to pay fair market value for their product or service. Since July, we have made numerous enhancements that we would be thrilled to show new customers! Please re-read the rules of our Groupon>"Valid for new clients or those who have not visited in the past year." However, if you are interested to try us again and agree to stay on at a fair price then YES, we would love to have you back again!

Do you work at your own pace and is a group class

Sheneek c. asked 4 months, 15 days, and 4 minutes ago - 1 answer

Donald L.

Hi again Sheenek, of course you workout at your own pace>you are only competing against one person>YOURSELF! Not really a "class", our Book Camp Training is really Group Personal Training at a fraction of the cost of One-on-One Personal Training! Best, EPBC

Donald L. answered 4 months, 14 days, 23 hours, and 35 minutes ago

what if you are totally out of shape starting as a begginer

Sheneek c. asked 4 months, 15 days, and 5 minutes ago - 1 answer

Donald L.

Hey Sheneek, unless you are extremely overweight by more than 50-60 lbs or your range of motion is very limited i.e. bending your knees to a squat position or getting up from a prone position is very difficult, you should be fine for our Boot Camp. Our Boot Camp workout can be adjusted to accommodate the majority of fitness levels.Hope that helps. Best, EPBC
