Yes. You are paying $45 for $100 worth of tokens. Yet, you must call 24 hours in advance to pick them up.

only 9 $45 token deals and already sold out? that's lame. However, the heading description (...Thursday or Any Day) is really awkward and confusing. I thought it was a typo and only figured out what it meant after really looking and comparing the 3 deals.

Sorry John. The $100 token offer was a very limited offer. There are currently vouchers available for Sundays through Thursdays.

I see the time limit for the two well drinks deal (Fridays and Saturdays before 6 pm only) - is this the same case with the $45 for $100 tokens, or can that one be redeemed any time, any day?

No. The $45 for $100 if available anytime. ALTHOUGH, there is a 24 hours advance notice for picking these tokens up. I would suggest doing so during the weekdays, see that it is very difficult to get in on the weekends.
