Energy Health Clubs

At Energy Health Clubs’ two locations, members can feel the burn in the weight room, aboard cardio equipment, and during Group X classes such as Zumba, yoga, and spin or personal training sessions. Exercisers can work out until 10 p.m. Monday–Thursday at the Windsor location or visit Cotati, which is open 24 hours a day Tuesday–Thursday. The Cotati location also boasts a smoothie bar and indoor pool and both locations provide childcare services seven days a week.
