By launching Erin's Sweets 'N' Things, she took the first step in realizing her dream of owning a bakery by toting her made-from-scratch baked goods to a farmer's market every Saturday morning. There, visitors fixed their eyes on her variety of equally photogenic and delicious pastries, such as double chocolate-chip mint cookies, habanero biscuits, and blueberry muffins.
