Choose Between Two Options

  • $35 for a 60-minute Swedish, deep-tissue, prenatal, or custom massage or a 60-minute reiki session (a $70 value)
  • $45 for a 90-minute Thai bodywork session (a $100 value)

A trained massage therapist tailors each stroke—from the soothing rubs of a Swedish massage to the deep tissue’s firm modalities—to fit the client’s pressure preference. The practitioner also customizes reiki sessions by using a laying-on-of-hands technique that aims to rejuvenate one’s internal energies. During a Thai bodywork session with Olga, the client lies on a floor mat while she stretches the body into yoga-like poses and performs acupressure and reflexology techniques. She guides the client in breathing patterns as she stretches the body, relieving tension and realigning energy pathways.

Eternal Balance

The diverse team of practitioners at Eternal Balance helps to tune out the chatter of the outside world and rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit with reiki, massage, and private yoga services. The intimate healing studio, tucked away in the Cummings Center, contains a private massage treatment room where the therapist tenderizes sore muscles and unties braided tendons with Swedish, deep-tissue, and prenatal techniques.

A nearby classroom hosts groups of students during life-enhancing workshops, such as The Art of Natural Breathing. The studio's owner, Olga, a trained reiki practitioner and yoga instructor, concludes each session with an improvised haiku to brighten each client’s aura.
